My first memory of my love of flowers is making perfume in the garden from Rose petals and Lavender pips, but it wasn't until years later that my flowery story really began in 2006 shortly after I had my first little girl. Working with a local wedding florist, and developing my own style I began to learn the art of wedding and event floristry in my own way. I developed a natural, abundant and loose style, preferring seasonal, home-grown and locally sourced blooms, Delicate Roses that are deliciously scented and masses of foliage and herbs, foraged from the hedgerows.
I am based in rural West Berkshire, where I am lucky enough to have a larder of country lanes and fields at my fingertips to add a touch of whimsy to your wedding flowers. I also have an amazing cutting garden of seasonal blooms, herbs and foliage, and local growers, from which to source unusual flowers.
I am workshop-based and although I am primarily a wedding and event florist, I can provide flowers for any occasion including farewells and gift bouquets. As I am not a shop I do not carry any stock, but with a little notice, I can provide beautiful bouquets and arrangements for local delivery.
I love my job, and I get such a buzz from seeing my beautiful brides on their wedding day - it never fails to move me!
