I love to use British flowers where possible in all my designs; I source them from local growers, and from my own cutting garden.
The garden below belongs to my lovely Mum who works tirelessly to keep the flowers in tip top condition for my brides! She grows beautiful unusual flowers which are perfect for filling in the gaps around the big statement flowers such as Roses and Dahlias.
The pictures below show bouquets and arrangements filled with home grown blooms, the occasional Rose or Peony may have been sourced locally, but the majority of what you see has been freshly picked especially for the occasion. Flowers from the cutting garden are available from April until September and comprise of flowers such as:
Alchemilla Mollis, Alliums, Aqualigea, Astrantia, Astilbe, Aster, Bluebells, Cornflowers, Cow Parsley, Cosmos, Dahlia, Daisies, Euphorbia, Forsythia, Garden Roses, Geranium, Hellebores, Hydrangeas; Iris, Jasmine, Lemon Balm, Mint, Mock Orange, Oregeno, Peony, Rosemary, Scabious, Sedum, Sweet Peas, Sweet Williams, Verbena, Veronica, Viburnum. All flowers subject are to availability.
