NORTH HIDDEN BARN, HUNGERFORD - OCTOBER 2024

A BARN WEDDING WITH AUTUMN COLOUR

Bea and Narns’ wedding embraced the warmth of an Indian summer, featuring a vibrant palette of bright pinks, oranges, corals, and lilacs for their rustic barn celebration.

October flowers can be unpredictable, and a sudden frost meant locally grown dahlias were unavailable. Plan B was seamlessly executed, with roses becoming the focal flowers, adding bold colour and elegance to the arrangements.

The church entrance was styled with wild and natural floral columns, featuring seasonal birch, beech, and ninebark with clusters of roses. These columns were later repurposed to the barn, creating continuity between the church and reception.

At the reception, tables were adorned with an abundance of arrangements, including footed bowls, bud vases, and ikebana-style designs, accented by bright taper candles. Tendrils of smilax adorned the beams throughout the barn with twinkling lights to create a romantic magical feel. The cohesive styling brought vibrancy and warmth to the rustic setting, creating an inviting and joyful atmosphere for the celebration.
